At Loroix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In alignment with Belgian regulations, we offer a 15-day window, starting from the purchase date.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

As our art are unique artworks, crafted with great care and tailored according to specifications or with a clear personal touch, they are not covered by the conventional right of withdrawal. Additionally, due to the delicate nature of our paintings which often contain recycled glass details, there is an increased risk of damage when returning.
